Orders are packaged carefully to eliminate the chance of damage occurring during transit.  Should there be any damage to your order upon receipt, please email us with photos of the damage and the packaging within one (1) day of receipt. 

Each order includes a $15 set-up fee (design fee), which is rolled into the shipping cost.
